Our mission is to provide, build and implement cost-effective information technology solutions. We emphasizes on code reuse and vendor-independence. Although we keep track on the cutting-edge, we tend to use more mature technologies in building our solutions.

The emphasis on code reuse means that we pay a lot of attention in documentation, both in source code form and in the specification documents. Realizing that we write code not only for today but also for tomorrow, we opt for clarity and simplicity in our programs. By keeping code simple, it will facilitate further maintenance and re-development.

By being vendor-independent, we prefer not to commit to the solution set of any single vendor. Often this leads to the use of uncommon tools, but we keep our faith because those tools have the superiority that we need.

For low-cost, cross platform, and vendor independent solutions, we choose in the combination of JAVA-based technologies and LINUX-based operating systems. These open technologies are now mature and have a broad spectrum of support, both from commercial corporations and open-source communities.
